THERAPY WITH NATASHA· EMDRIA CERTIFIED

THERAPY FOR HIGH FUNCTIONING PROFESSIONALS

Depth-focused therapy for the person who looks fine on the outside — and knows something is still stuck on the inside.

IN-PERSON + VIRTUALLY

You may recognize yourself here

"You may look like you have it together on the outside. But internally, something still feels stuck — and insight alone hasn't been enough to shift it."

You're good at what you do. You show up for others with competence and care. And yet something inside still feels stuck — a pattern you can see clearly but can't seem to change.

If you work in a helping role — as a therapist, nurse, first responder, or educator — you may recognise the particular weight of being the one who holds it together.

That is who I work with.

WHO I WORK WITH

Helpers, caregivers, and high-accountability professionals

My clients are self-aware and capable of tremendous insight. And they are still struggling — because insight, on its own, doesn't always reach the places that need to change.

“This isn’t just talk therapy, this is getting to the root of where it all started”

  • Therapists, counsellors, and mental health professionals

  • Nurses and allied healthcare workers

  • First responders and emergency services professionals

  • Educators and school leaders

  • Adults in high-accountability roles carrying an invisible load

MY APPROACH

Depth-focused work that goes beyond insight

01
EMDR Therapy

EMDRIA Certified

Works with how the brain stores distressing experiences — real change at a neurological level, without talking through everything in detail.

02
Attachment-focused work

Relational patterns

Understanding how early relational experiences shape how we relate to others and experience ourselves — as something to shift, not just understand.

03

Parts-based work

IFS-informed

Working with the internal parts — protective, critical, exhausted — that developed for good reasons and may now be getting in the way.

A note for those who hold space for others

If you spend your life supporting others — this work is for you

Whether you are a therapist, nurse, physician, first responder, educator, or someone else whose work centres on holding space for people in difficult moments — I want to name something directly.

I know the particular vulnerability of seeking your own support when supporting others is your work. The dual awareness. The reluctance to be the one who needs help. The worry about being perceived differently.

I am comfortable holding all of that with you. Your professional knowledge and lived experience do not make this work more complicated — in many ways, they deepen it.

VIRTUAL THERAPY ACROSS ONTARIO

Therapy that fits a demanding life

All sessions are offered virtually, with limited in-person availability in Bracebridge, Muskoka. Virtual therapy removes one more barrier to getting support for professionals with unpredictable schedules.

MAKING IT WORK

Quality therapy is an investment in lasting change

This is not short-term symptom management. The work is designed to create real, durable shifts — the kind that ripple through your relationships, your work, and your sense of self.
