Individual Counselling
Individual counselling offers a safe, grounded space to explore what you’re carrying and what you want to change. Together, we look beneath the surface of stress, overwhelm, or patterns that no longer serve you, and create a path toward clarity and growth. This is your time to feel supported, understood, and rooted in meaningful change.
Couples Counselling
Couples counselling helps you and your partner reconnect, communicate openly, and understand the patterns shaping your relationship. With a calm, supportive approach, we work together to strengthen trust, deepen connection, and create healthier ways of relating. It’s a space to rebuild your “we” with intention
Children, Youth and Family Counselling
Children, youth and family counselling supports families in navigating conflict, communication challenges, and big life transitions. We create a environment where each person feels heard, and where healthier patterns and stronger relationships can grow. Together, we work toward more harmony, understanding, and connection at home.
“Rooted helped me truly grow as a beautiful individual. My therapist celebrates me, shows empathy, kindness, and patience. This is exactly how I view a caring approach to practice”
